Indoor & Outdoor Event Hire
Suitability varies across our range. Outdoor inflatable hire runs from
1 April to 1 October and must be set up on real grass.
Indoor hire is available all year round. Rodeos and marquees are available
all year.
Every inflatable has individual user limits based on its design and height.

Delivery & Collection Times
How your booking is timed depends on whether you're hiring equipment for a garden or a hall or venue.
Garden Hires
Standard garden deliveries take place between 08:00 and 12:00, with collections between 16:00 and 18:00. Exact times are confirmed before your booking and depend on the day's route.
Later collections are available up to 21:00. The first hour after 18:00 is £15, then £10 for each additional hour.
Overnight hire is available for £45 where the garden has 6ft fencing or hedges, a lockable gate and someone on site.
Hall & Venue Hires
For venue bookings, we'll ask for your venue access start and end times together with your event start and end times.
Your access period must allow enough time for our team to set up before your event and pack down afterwards.

Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire holds £5 million Public Liability
Insurance. Inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960
with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, electrical equipment is PAT
tested every six months, and everything is cleaned between hires.

How do I book?
Choose a product, check your date and book online. A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, with the balance due the day before your event.
Can I hire inflatables outdoors all year?
Outdoor inflatable hire runs from 1 April to 1 October on real grass only. Indoor hire is available all year, and rodeos and marquees can be booked all year round.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, with free delivery to NG1 to NG4 and NG12. Check our Delivery Areas for your postcode.
Can I combine several items?
Yes. Many customers combine a bouncy castle with soft play, games or fun food. Our packages are an easy way to do this.
