Ultra Hex 50 Frame
Lightweight Ultra Hex 50 frames with waterproof canopies, sturdier than a
standard galvanised steel frame.
Free Flooring on Grass
Breathable marquee carpet flooring is included free of charge on all
grass bookings. On hard surfaces, marquees are secured with weights.
Walls & Door Included
Every marquee comes with side walls and a door, which you can put up or
leave off depending on the weather.

Marquee Access & Setup Requirements
Our marquee equipment is heavy and may be moved around the setup location
using trolleys. We require a minimum access width of 70cm at the
narrowest point for applicable marquee setups. Larger marquees may
have additional access requirements, so always check the individual product
before booking.
Marquees must be installed on a suitable level surface. Depending on the
specific marquee and setup, suitable surfaces may include grass, concrete,
decking, slabs and other suitable hard standing areas.
If your access includes narrow gateways, steps, sharp turns, long distances
or other restrictions, please

before booking so we can confirm whether the setup location is suitable.
Need a Larger Marquee?
Our marquee range includes larger options such as 3m x 9m,
3m x 12m, 6m x 6m and 8m x 8m, giving you significantly more
covered space for bigger celebrations and events.
The best size depends on your available setup area, number of guests,
planned furniture and how you intend to use the marquee. Larger marquees
also require suitable access and enough clear, level space for safe
installation.

Marquee Hire Times
Our standard marquee bookings are available for one day, with multi-day hire also available where the selected marquee allows.
Standard Marquee Hire
Deliveries normally begin from 08:00 and are usually
completed by 12:00, depending on the number and location
of bookings on the route.
Standard collections normally take place between 16:00 and 18:00.
Later collection and overnight options may be available depending on the marquee and booking.
Multi-Day & Timed Hire
Selected marquees can be booked online for up to 3 days where availability allows.
If you need the marquee for more than three days, require a specific setup
time or have more complex event timings, contact our team before booking.
This allows us to check availability and plan delivery, installation and collection around your event.
Secure Location Required
All marquee hires must be positioned in a suitable secure location. For
overnight or multi-day bookings, the site must have appropriate secure
boundaries and a lockable gate, with someone staying on site.
Suitable locations can include private gardens, wedding venues and other secure event sites.

Can I hire a marquee outside the summer?
Yes. Our marquees are available all year round. Add heaters and fairy lights to keep the space warm and welcoming in cooler months.
Can a marquee go on a patio or decking?
Depending on the marquee and setup, suitable level surfaces can include grass, concrete, decking, slabs and other hard standing. Check the product page or contact us before booking.
How much access do you need?
We need at least 70cm at the narrowest point for applicable marquees, as the equipment is moved on trolleys. Let us know about steps, sharp turns or long carries before booking.
Can I keep the marquee for more than one day?
Selected marquees can be booked online for up to 3 days. Overnight and multi-day hires need a secure location with a lockable gate and someone staying on site.
