Planning a Whole-School Fun Day?
Our Ultimate School Fun Day Package
brings several headline attractions together in one booking, spreading
pupils across multiple challenges throughout the day.
Whole-school events work best when younger pupils rotate through
accessible attractions, such as the Fun Run, Trampoline Trailer and
Inflatable Climbing Wall, while older pupils take on Hungry Hippos, the
Mobile Climbing Wall and the 70ft Assault Course. The aim is enough variety
and capacity for your pupil numbers, not simply the biggest equipment.

Planning Your School Entertainment
The right mix depends on pupil numbers, age groups, space, access,
operating time and whether it's a smaller celebration or a whole-school
fun day. For larger events, several different attractions spread pupils
around the site; smaller events often suit a ready-made package.
Outdoor inflatables are available from 1 April to 1 October on real grass,
and many attractions can also go in a school sports hall
all year round. For hard playgrounds, see our

If you need power, a generator can be supplied where mains isn't available.
School Event Safety & Documentation
We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance and can provide the paperwork schools need. Inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960 with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months, and risk assessments and method statements are available.

Can you provide risk assessments for our school?
Yes. Risk assessments, method statements and our insurance documents are available, and many are in our Health & Safety document library.
How do schools pay?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, and for school bookings the balance is due 14 days before the event.
Can inflatables go on a playground?
Outdoor inflatables must be set up on real grass. For playgrounds and hard surfaces, see our Outdoor Hard Surface range, or use your sports hall.
Which package suits a whole-school fun day?
