Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings:
All overnight hires and multi-day bookings must be in a secure location, i.e. a minimum of 6ft high fences or hedges, a lockable gate and someone living onsite. If the location is not secure on delivery, overnight hire will not be allowed, but full payment will still be charged.

Indoor Hire:
Our equipment is available to hire indoors all year round. For indoor bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification. Please check the floor space and ceiling height against the product's Size information before booking.

Outdoor Hire:
Outdoor inflatable hire is available from 1st April until 1st October. Some items, such as our rodeo bulls and marquees, are available outdoors all year round. Please check each product's Suitability information to see where it can be used.

Safety Notes:
All unstaffed equipment, including bouncy castles, inflatables, soft play and games, must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You must follow all rules, responsibilities and user limitations stated in the safety guide given to you on the day of hire.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded up to the nearest £10) is required. A secure Stripe link is generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment by debit or credit card. If you pay in full, the total is made up of the 25% booking fee and the 75% hire fee.

Our Rodeo Beer Bottle is a fantastic ride and new to the Gedling Castles fleet! If you are looking for something a little different to get your party-going then this Rodeo Beer Bottle is perfect for you! This interactive ride is great for those wanting to involve all guest at your event!

The aim of the bucking beer game is to be the rider that stays on the rodeo bottle for the longest amount of time! So if you think you are ready, the bucking and spinning of this bucking beer bottle is waiting for you! The two-minute time ride will give you a thrill and keep all guests laughing! Set up a challenge between your friends to see who can stay on the longest with 6 different pre-sets built into the rodeo bottle for all skill levels

Our Beer Bottle comes supplied with an inflatable bed surround to cushion the landing when the rider falls and safety matting is provided around the entrance to the inflatable bed.

Our Rodeo Beer Bottle Hire comes with a fully trained operator to safely control the ride throughout the duration of your event. Please note only our staff can operate this equipment. An inflatable marquee/shelter can also be hired to cover the rodeo bull in case of rain or if you are looking for protection from the sun.

All riders must be able to mount the bottle unaided, failure to do so will mean the rider cannot participate.

How To Book Online!

2. Choose the date of your event

3. Select your delivery postcode

4. Enter your contact details, followed by the delivery details and finally any hall/event times.

5. Secure your booking with the booking fee

6. Once completed you'll receive a confirmation email

Our team check all bookings to ensure everything looks correct and we will contact you via email if we spot any issues or have any queries.

Payment Terms:

Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded up to the nearest £10) a secure link to Stripe will be generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment via Debit/Credit Card.

An email will be sent to you before your hire, stating the remaining balance and delivery times. The balance is due by 5pm on the working day before your hire (for example, Friday for a Saturday, Sunday or Monday event). All company events, school events, weddings and bookings of £500 or more must pay in full 14 days before their event.
