Gedling Entertainment holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months, inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960 with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, and risk assessments and method statements are available for your venue or event organiser.

Do you hire fairground games throughout the UK?
Yes. Selected fairground games and packages are available for corporate events, festivals, schools and universities across the UK. Delivery charges and minimum booking values depend on the location and equipment.
Can we hire several games together?
Yes. Traditional games work best in groups, and several can be combined into a dedicated fairground or side stall area.
Can you provide prizes?
It depends on the game and package. If you want prize-led activities, tell us when you enquire so we can plan the setup.
Are fairground games suitable for adults?
Yes. The simple challenges are family friendly but work brilliantly at corporate events for competition between colleagues.
Can the games be used indoors?
Many can, where there is suitable access and space. Send us your venue details and we will advise.
How many games should we hire?
It depends on attendance, event length and what else is running. For larger events, several different games give more choice and spread guests out.
How do payments work for company bookings?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, and company bookings pay the balance 14 days before the event. Your quote confirms everything included.
