Gedling Entertainment holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months, inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960 with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, and risk assessments and method statements are available for your venue or event organiser.

Do you provide fun day entertainment across the UK?
Yes. Selected inflatables, games and staffed attractions are available for corporate fun days and festivals throughout the UK. Delivery charges and minimum booking values depend on the venue and equipment.
What works best for a corporate family fun day?
A varied mix: large inflatables, children's activities, competitive and social games, plus one or two headline attractions.
Can you entertain several hundred guests?
Yes. We recommend several attractions with different capacities rather than relying on one, planned around your attendance and operating time.
Can you provide generators?
Yes. Generators are available where mains isn't available, confirmed per booking.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Outdoor entertainment is subject to safe operating conditions, and wind, rain and ground conditions can affect some attractions. Outdoor inflatables run from 1 April to 1 October on real grass only.
How early should we book a summer fun day?
As early as possible. June and July are especially busy, and popular equipment books up well in advance.
How do payments work for company bookings?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, and company bookings pay the balance 14 days before the event. Your quote confirms everything included.
