Space Requirements: The full setup is 15ft x 25ft and 12ft high, and needs a space of 20ft x 30ft with at least 13ft of ceiling height. Please check for low beams, lights, ceiling fans or sprinklers in the setup area before booking.
Access Requirements: A minimum access width of 3ft (0.9m) is needed from the venue entrance to the setup area. The grotto can't be carried up or down stairs, so it must be on the ground floor or have lift access. Please let us know about any long distances, uneven surfaces or obstructions when you book.
Power: 2 x standard 13A power sockets within 30m of the setup area

How much space do I need?
The full setup is 15ft x 25ft and 12ft high, and needs a space of 20ft x 30ft with at least 13ft of ceiling height. For lower ceilings, take a look at our Low Height Premium Santa's Grotto.
Is Santa included?
No. The sleigh comes with a Santa figure, but you'll need to arrange your own Santa to meet visitors in the grotto.
Can it be used outdoors?
No. Our Premium Santa's Grotto is for indoor use only, such as shopping centres, garden centre buildings, school halls and function rooms.
Can it go upstairs?
It can't be carried up or down stairs, so it must be on the ground floor or have lift access.
Does it need power?
Yes. It needs two standard 13A power sockets within 30m of the setup area.
