Prolyte StageDex Aluminium Decks
Our alloy staging uses Prolyte StageDex 2m x 1m decks: a lightweight extruded aluminium frame with a high-quality birch plywood top. The modular system lets us build many different stage sizes.
400mm or 600mm Height
Stages are available at heights of 400mm or 600mm, so the platform height can be chosen to suit your event and audience sightlines.
Stage Step Available
An optional Stage Step is available for £20, giving easier access to the raised platform for performers and presenters.
Premium Carpet, Skirting & Stage Finishing
Enhance the appearance of your stage with our optional premium
carpet upgrade, available from £10 per m².
Event-grade carpet gives the stage a clean, professional finish, making it
particularly suitable for corporate events, presentations, ceremonies,
awards and performances.
Carpet is available in multiple colours and is fitted during installation
by our team to create a neat, secure surface. It can also add comfort and
some sound absorption.
Finish the front and sides of your stage with stage skirting, at
£4 per linear metre. Skirting hides the legs and
framework underneath for a tidy, professional look.
Indoor Stage Hire
Our modular stages are ideal for indoor stage hire in school halls, hotels, conference rooms, function suites, village halls and other venues.
We set up and pack down around your venue access times, so make sure your access period allows enough time for installation before your event and removal afterwards.

Outdoor Stage Hire
Our stages can be set up outdoors on grass or hard standing. For outdoor events, standard deliveries take place between 08:00 and 12:00, with collections between 16:00 and 18:00.
Overnight hire is available from £45 for suitable secure sites or gardens with lockable gates and high fencing.
Need cover from the weather? Our 6m x 3m Stage & Marquee Package combines a stage with a marquee to create a sheltered performance area.

Our staging is regularly maintained and inspected, with applicable
equipment managed in accordance with PUWER requirements.
We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance, and
electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months.
Our team installs every stage, so it's correctly assembled and ready before
your event begins. Risk assessments and method statements are available and
can be sent directly to your venue.

What staging system do you use?
We use Prolyte StageDex aluminium staging: 2m x 1m decks with a lightweight extruded aluminium frame and a high-quality birch plywood top, used by professional event and production companies.
How much does stage hire cost?
Stage hire starts from £315 for a 2m x 2m stage, with a 6m x 3m stage from £480, including delivery, setup and collection. See each stage below for current prices. Carpet, skirting and a stage step can be added.
Is setup included with stage hire?
Yes. Delivery, professional installation and collection are included with every stage hire.
How high are your stages?
Stages are available at 400mm or 600mm high. An optional Stage Step is available for £20.
