We provide a variety of stage sizes including 2x2m, 3x2m, 4x2m, 5x2m, 6x2m, 3x3m, 4x3m, 5x3m, 6x3m, and 4x4m, as well as a 6x3m Stage & Marquee Package for outdoor or sheltered events.

All stage hire packages include professional delivery, setup, and collection, ensuring a completely stress-free experience from start to finish.

Carpet & Finishing Options

Enhance the look and feel of your stage with our premium carpet upgrade – available from just £10 per m².

Our event-grade carpet provides a clean, professional, and polished finish, perfect for corporate events, ceremonies, and performances. Available in multiple colours, it not only improves the stage’s appearance but also offers added comfort and sound absorption.

Carpet is precision-fitted during installation by our expert team to ensure a neat, non-slip surface that stays secure throughout your event.

Setup Times & Hire Options

Outdoor / Garden Hires
Deliveries take place between 8am – 12pm, and collections begin from 4pm – 6pm.
Overnight hires are available from £45 for secure venues or gardens with lockable gates and high fences.

Indoor / Hall Hires
For indoor venues, we’ll arrange setup and collection around your venue access times to ensure your stage is ready when you need it.

Safety & Quality

All staging equipment is regularly maintained to meet PUWER safety regulations. We hold £5 million public liability insurance, and all electrical items are PAT tested. Our Event Staff are fully trained ensuring every installation is safe and compliant.
