Space Requirements: The full setup is 15.75ft x 23.8ft and 7.5ft high, and needs a space of 19ft x 27.23ft with at least 8.5ft of ceiling height. Please check for low beams, lights, ceiling fans or sprinklers in the setup area before booking.
Access Requirements: A minimum access width of 3ft (0.9m) is needed from the venue entrance to the setup area. The grotto can't be carried up or down stairs, so it must be on the ground floor or have lift access. Please let us know about any long distances, uneven surfaces or obstructions when you book.
Power: 2 x standard 13A power sockets within 30m of the setup area

How much space do I need?
The full setup needs an area of 19ft x 27.23ft. If your space is smaller, take a look at our Low Height Santa's Grotto, which needs a space of 18ft x 22ft.
Is Santa included?
No. The hire includes the grotto and props, and you'll need to arrange your own Santa.
Can it go upstairs?
It can't be carried up or down stairs, so it must be on the ground floor or have lift access.
Does it need power?
Yes. It needs two standard 13A power sockets within 30m of the setup area.
