Gedling Entertainment holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months, inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960 with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, and risk assessments and method statements are available for your venue or event organiser.

Yes. Selected games, inflatables, staffed attractions, simulators and photo experiences are available for universities, colleges and Students' Unions throughout the UK. Delivery charges and minimum booking values depend on the campus and equipment.
What works well for Freshers Week?
Quick-play activities that get students interacting, such as racing simulators, reaction games, inflatables, sports challenges, social games and photo experiences.
Can you provide entertainment for wellbeing events?
Yes. Pool, table football, air hockey, arcade basketball and garden games create informal drop-in spaces without feeling structured.
Can you cover several campuses?
Yes. Depending on locations, dates and equipment, we can supply multi-campus packages.
Can the equipment be used inside Students' Union venues?
Many games are suitable indoors, subject to access, floor space, ceiling height and power. Send us your venue details and we will advise.
How early should we book Freshers entertainment?
As early as possible. September is very busy and popular attractions book up when many campuses run events at once.
How do payments work for company bookings?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, and company bookings pay the balance 14 days before the event. Your quote confirms everything included.
