What Is Dinosaur Party Hire Suitable For?
Our Dinosaur Party Equipment is popular for toddler and
younger children's birthday parties, christenings,
nurseries, Christmas parties, toddler and baby events
and many other family occasions.
Soft Play and Ball Pools are generally suitable for
children up to approximately 5 years old, while many
children's Bouncy Castles are suitable for children
up to approximately 12 years old.

Where Can It Be Used?
Our Dinosaur Soft Play, Ball Pools and Box Castles are
ideal for indoor venues. Standard Soft Play may also be
suitable outdoors where the individual product allows it
and where the surface and weather conditions are appropriate.
Box Castles are designed for indoor use. Other Dinosaur
inflatables may be suitable outdoors depending on the
product, setup surface, season and weather conditions.

Hall & Venue Hire Times
For indoor Dinosaur Soft Play Packages we arrange delivery and
collection around the access times you have booked with your venue.
When booking, tell us your event start and finish times together
with the earliest venue access time and the time by which all
equipment must be removed.
As a general guide, allow at least 30 minutes
for one main item and approximately
45 minutes to 1 hour where two or more
main items are being installed.
For example, if your party runs from 1:00pm - 3:00pm,
venue access from 12:00pm - 4:00pm normally gives our team
time to set up before your guests arrive and pack everything
away afterwards.
Later collections may be available at an additional charge
where required.
Safe Soft Play & Inflatable Hire
Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire holds
£5 million Public Liability Insurance.
Our electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months.
Inflatable equipment is tested in accordance with
BS EN 14960 and carries a valid PIPA tag
or equivalent certification where applicable. Other hire
equipment is inspected and maintained as appropriate for
its use.
