Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings:
All overnight hires and multi-day bookings must be in a secure location, i.e. a minimum of 6ft high fences or hedges, a lockable gate and someone living onsite. If the location is not secure on delivery, overnight hire will not be allowed, but full payment will still be charged.


Indoor Hire:
Our equipment is available to hire indoors all year round. For indoor bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification. Please check the floor space and ceiling height against the product's Size information before booking.


Outdoor Hire:
Outdoor inflatable hire is available from 1st April until 1st October. Some items, such as our rodeo bulls and marquees, are available outdoors all year round. Please check each product's Suitability information to see where it can be used.


Safety Notes:
All unstaffed equipment, including bouncy castles, inflatables, soft play and games, must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You must follow all rules, responsibilities and user limitations stated in the safety guide given to you on the day of hire.


Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded to the nearest £10) is required. A secure Stripe link is generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment by debit or credit card. If you pay in full, the total is made up of the 25% booking fee and the 75% hire fee.

Marquee Fairy Light Hire Nottingham

Add a warm, sparkling glow to your marquee with our 15m fairy light sets. Fairy lights turn a marquee into a magical space for evening garden parties, birthdays, weddings, Christmas parties and winter celebrations, and look great in photos too.

When you add fairy lights to your marquee booking, our team hangs and connects them for you during setup, so they're ready to switch on when the sun goes down.

Fairy lights need a standard power socket. If there's no power supply near your marquee, add a generator to your booking.

Marquee Fairy Light FAQs

How many fairy light sets do I need?

One 15m set for a 3x3m or 3x6m marquee, two for a 4x8m, 3x9m, 3x12m or 6x6m, and four for an 8x8m.

Do you put the fairy lights up?

Yes. Our team hangs and connects the fairy lights when setting up your marquee.

Do fairy lights need power?

Yes. They need a standard power socket. If you don't have power nearby, add a generator to your booking.

Is there an overnight charge for fairy lights?

Not per item. If your booking stays overnight, the £45 overnight charge is only charged once per booking, however many extras you add.

How To Book Online!

1. Click the green 'Book Online' below

2. Choose the date of your event

3. Select your delivery postcode

4. Enter your contact details, followed by the delivery details and finally any hall/event times.

5. Secure your booking with the booking fee

6. Once completed you'll receive a confirmation email

Our team check all bookings to ensure everything looks correct and we will contact you via email if we spot any issues or have any queries.

Payment Terms:

Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded to the nearest £10) a secure link to Stripe will be generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment via Debit/Credit Card.


The remaining 75% balance must then be paid at least one days prior to your hire via card payment or bank transfer. An email will be sent to you a day before your hire, stating the remaining balance and delivery times. (Payments must be cleared prior and we cannot accept payment on the day of your booking). All company events, school events, weddings or bookings over £500 must pay in full 14 days prior to their event.
