Indoor & Outdoor Package Hire
Where a package can go depends on the equipment in it. Outdoor inflatables
are available from 1 April to 1 October on real grass only, while indoor hire
runs all year round. Soft play can go outdoors in dry weather; if rain is
forecast, a marquee must be added at extra cost.
User limits come from each inflatable's height and suitability
restrictions, so check the package and product details before booking.

Delivery & Collection Times
Garden bookings use our delivery routes, while hall and venue bookings are planned around your access times.
Garden Hires
Deliveries are between 08:00 and 12:00, with collections between 16:00 and 18:00. Exact times are confirmed once our routes are planned.
Later collections are available up to 21:00 (£15 for the first hour after 18:00, then £10 per hour). Overnight hire is £45 for secure gardens with 6ft fencing or hedges, a lockable gate and someone on site.
Hall & Venue Hires
Give us your venue access start and end times as well as your event start and finish times, so we can set up before guests arrive and pack down afterwards. Indoor hire is available all year round.

Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960 with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months, and everything is cleaned between hires.

Party Package FAQs
Are packages cheaper than hiring items separately?
Yes. Every package costs less than booking the same items individually. Each package page shows its price and exactly what's included.
Can a package go indoors?
Many can. Check the package page for each item's size and ceiling height, and give us your venue access times so we can plan setup.
Can I add extras to a package?
Yes. Add fun food, garden games or other extras to your booking, and they all count towards your postcode's minimum order.
How do I pay?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, with the balance due the day before your event. Weddings, companies, schools and bookings of £500 or more pay the balance 14 days before.
