About Us

We are a small limited company trading under the name of Live 9 Events LTD, we have been established since 2014 and are based in Nottingham. Owned by a young couple Colin and Molly, as a small team we have taken on more staff to be able to fulfil our customer’s needs and meet expected demands allowing us to grow and become one of Nottingham's most recognised inflatable and soft play hirers.

We have quickly grown from owning just 1 inflatable in 2015 to owning over 15 inflatables by the end of 2017. During 2018 and 2019 we continued to expand our equipment and we now own 38 inflatables plus another 30 different pieces of entertainment equipment such as Rodeo’s and Simulators, Sumo Suits, Fun Foods, Giant Games and Interactive Games.

2019 was a big year for us with our biggest purchases and growth within the company, we moved into bigger premises equipped with office, brought a 2nd van to keep up with demand and expanded our event staff team allowing us to cater for large family fun days and corporate events. We also launched our sister company website Live 9 Events which targets large corporate events, fun days, team building and weddings.

We are young which gives this growing industry a fresh set of eyes, we aren’t set in our ways and always listen to the new regulations of the industry allowing us to make sure all our customers receive safe, clean and top-quality equipment.

Here is some great feedback on the service we provide, this is a customer success story from Emma.

In November 2019 we provided our 6ft Pink/Purple Inflatable Slide, Unicorn Bouncy Castle and 4 matching Pink/Purple Didi Cars for a little girl’s birthday at the John Godber Centre in Hucknall, Nottingham. We arrived early at the hall to set up the inflatables for the birthday party. Emma arrived shortly after and expressed how happy she was with the look and cleanliness of the equipment. We explained the rules and safety of the inflatables wished them a great party and we were on our way. When the party had finished, we returned to collect the equipment from the venue, we packed away quickly and checked Emma and her daughter enjoyed the party which they did! Below is Emma’s review.

“Fantastic bouncy castle and 6ft slide for my daughter’s birthday. The play equipment was so clean and well looked after and made the room look amazing. The Didi cars went down a storm! The communication was excellent, and I did not have to chase around to check my booking, email updates to let me know everything at regular intervals. Very professional friendly staff. I highly recommend!”

Our next review is from Annette and Chris, this shows that we are very experienced within our industry and local area, we can help with decisions on what equipment you need and advise on local venues to use it in. In May 2019 we received a phone call from Annette enquiring about equipment and venues for her 6-year olds birthday party after advising her on the phone what equipment we had available and what venue it would fit in Annette booked her equipment for her child’s party for July 2019. On the day we arrived to set up our Celebration Bounce and Slide Combi at Gedling Memorial Hall in, which was quick and efficient, we explained the safety to Annette and set off to our next booking. Later on, we returned the collect the equipment, we checked Annette was happy with the service and wished her a great day before continuing our collections. Below is Annette’s review.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, just what I needed. Secondly the bouncy castle was perfect for my six-year old's party. The two gentlemen who brought and collected it were quick and friendly. They passed on all the information about the bouncy castle and was very helpful as we were running around sorting the hall into a party room. I couldn't have asked for anything else. In July 2019 we delivered to one of our returning customers Jennie, this was Jennie’s second booking with us which just goes to show that the service we provide leaves our customers coming back year on year. We arrived at the Richard Herrod Centre in Carlton to set up our lovely Two-Tone Blue, Didi Cars and Ion Party Speaker for the party, as one of our commonly visited venue we have a fantastic relationship with the venue staff which helps with the ease of arriving and accessing the building instantly.
