We plan setup and collection around your venue access times, and every castle is cleaned between hires, PIPA tested where applicable and covered by our £5 million public liability insurance.

Can bouncy castles be used indoors?
Yes. All of our children's castles can be used indoors, and indoor hire is available all year round, so you can book a castle for a hall party in the middle of winter.
What ceiling height do I need?
Measure from the floor to the lowest point above the setup area, including lights, beams and basketball hoops. Our box castles need 8.5ft, our Celebration and Football castles 10.5ft, and our themed castles and combis 11.5ft. Every product page shows the exact space and height needed.
How much floor space do I need?
Each product page lists the Required Space, which includes room around the castle for safe access. A box castle needs a little more than its 10ft x 14ft footprint.
What do you need from the venue?
Your venue access times, so we can set up before your party starts and pack away after, plus a standard plug socket within 30 metres. Let us know about any steps between the car park and the hall when you book. For indoor bookings, we ask to see one form of ID on the day.
How do I book and pay?
Check live availability and book online at any time. A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, with the balance due by 5pm on the working day before your event.
