Where mains isn't available, a 6.5kVA or 21kVA generator can be added, confirmed per booking once we know your full equipment list.

Delivery & Collection Times

Garden bookings use our delivery routes, while hall and venue bookings are planned around your access times.

Garden Hires

Deliveries are between 08:00 and 12:00, with collections between 16:00 and 18:00. Exact times are confirmed once our routes are planned.

Later collections are available up to 21:00 (£15 for the first hour after 18:00, then £10 per hour). Overnight hire is £45 for secure gardens with 6ft fencing or hedges, a lockable gate and someone on site.

Hall & Venue Hires

Give us your venue access start and end times as well as your event start and finish times, so we can set up before guests arrive and pack down afterwards. Indoor hire is available all year round.

Can you provide a PA system for a band?

Yes. Send us the band's technical requirements, audience size and venue, and we'll review the system needed.

Can I hire sound with a stage?

Yes. Sound can be combined with our Stage Dex staging for bands, awards, presentations and announcements.

What if there's no power at the venue?

Where mains isn't available, a generator can be added. We confirm the right one per booking once we know everything you're hiring.

How do I pay?

A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date. Companies, schools, weddings and bookings of £500 or more pay the balance 14 days before the event; other bookings pay by 5pm on the working day before.
