What is your Customer Loyalty Scheme?
Our Customer Loyalty Scheme is a reward system where you can receive Castle Points, these points are then redeemable against your next booking with us.
All you need to do is request to sign up and share your code with family and friends.
How It Works
- We will give you a unique code which you can share with as many of your friends or family as you wish
- For every friend that book with us using your code will receive £10 off their booking with us
- Once your friend has completed their booking we will reward you with 5 Castle Points
1 Castle Point = £1 off your next booking
*Points hold no monetary value and can only be used on bookings with us.

Where can I distribute my Referral Code?
We love our customers using ingenuity to spread the word about Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire, but there are a few rules to how you can share your code.
- Your code is designed for you to share with people you know so go mad on your own social media pages (but we ask you refrain from posting in the comments of our social media pages as the code is for your friends and family only).
- Please don't spam third-party sites with your code, such as adding it to any reviews or posts, such as google – it is against their policies and we will receive a request for it to be removed and can also cause damage to our small business by breaching their policies.
We don’t like to add this bit, but just so it’s fair
If we notice anyone consistently doing any of the above rules then one of our friendly team may get in touch with you to remind you of the rules. If we see persistent rule breaking, we’ve a couple of options, such as removing the credit from your code or even taking someone’s referral code down. We don’t like to do this, but we do want to keep our community safe and free from unsolicited spam or rudeness.
When do I get my Castle Points?
Naturally, this is one of the most frequently asked questions. Our Castle Points are noted against your unique code on our system and you can request your points balance anytime. Our referral system automatically add points to your unique code when your code is used by friends or family. Your Castle Points are valid once your friend's booking has been completed.
How do I know I’ve received my Points?
You can request your points balance anytime and we will email you after the booking which used your code has been completed.

If you feel your points isn't correct just get in touch and we can do a run through with you.
Can my friend use my code after they’ve already booked?
If your family or friends have already made their booking with us from your referral and have never used our services before then they can get in touch and we can apply the discount to their booking.
All bookings must be upcoming and not have been completed in order for us to do this.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can share my code with?
Nope! The more you share within your community the more you'll receive in credit. If you refer 10 people you'll receive 50 Castle Points so that is £50 off your next booking!
