Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings: All overnight hires and multi-day bookings must be in a secure location, i.e. a minimum of 6ft high fences or hedges, a lockable gate and someone living onsite. If the location is not secure on delivery, overnight hire will not be allowed, but full payment will still be charged.
Indoor Hire: Our equipment is available to hire indoors all year round. For indoor bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification. Please check the floor space and ceiling height against the product's Size information before booking.
Outdoor Hire: Outdoor inflatable hire is available from 1st April until 1st October. Some items, such as our rodeo bulls and marquees, are available outdoors all year round. Please check each product's Suitability information to see where it can be used.
Safety Notes: All unstaffed equipment, including bouncy castles, inflatables, soft play and games, must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You must follow all rules, responsibilities and user limitations stated in the safety guide given to you on the day of hire.
Cancellation Policy:
Upon booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded up to the nearest £10) is required. A secure Stripe link is generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment by debit or credit card. If you pay in full, the total is made up of the 25% booking fee and the 75% hire fee.

Our Multi-colour Soft Play contains 18 pieces of soft play set up on foams mats with a double rocker. This set is so much fun for little ones and will keep them endlessly entertained. Whether they are building towers with the stacker the squares, stepping from one stepping stone to another or creating giant forts! Let your our littles ones imagination run wild
Our Multi-colour Air Juggler Ball Pool features 4 air jugglers on each side wall, these float the balls up high on and the children go crazy for them! The entrance to the ball pit is lowered so the smaller children can get in and out easier
Our Multi-coloured Box Castle is just 10ft wide by 14ft deep and 7.5ft tall! This makes it great for low height venues and smaller halls! Although it is smaller than a standard castle it is still super bouncy and has plenty of space for children jump around!
This package is a real crowd pleaser, with its multi-colour theme it is great for any age or gender! It is one of our most popular packages! The choice of different items means you decide which are best suited to your party guests ages. The bouncy castle is suitable for up to 12 years and the soft play and ball pool is suitable for under 5’s. This is a lovely package for toddler parties, toddler groups, stay and play sessions! Payment Terms:
Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded up to the nearest £10) a secure link to Stripe will be generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment via Debit/Credit Card.
An email will be sent to you before your hire, stating the remaining balance and delivery times. The balance is due by 5pm on the working day before your hire (for example, Friday for a Saturday, Sunday or Monday event). All company events, school events, weddings and bookings of £500 or more must pay in full 14 days before their event.
