Gedling Entertainment holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months, inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960 with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, and risk assessments and method statements are available for your venue or event organiser.

Do you provide staffed attractions throughout the UK?
Yes. Selected large staffed attractions are available for corporate events, universities, schools, festivals and community events across the UK. Delivery charges and minimum booking values depend on the venue and equipment.
Are staff included?
Yes, wherever an attraction is advertised as staffed hire or needs a trained operator. Staff numbers and the operating period are confirmed in your quote.
Can you provide several attractions at one event?
Yes. We can combine several attractions into one package and plan delivery, staffing and setup for the whole event.
How much space do large attractions need?
It varies. Some need extra safety clearance, anchor areas, vehicle access or overhead clearance. We confirm requirements before you book.
Can they be used indoors?
Some can, with enough access, floor space and ceiling height. Others are designed for outdoor use. Send us your venue details and we will advise.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Outdoor attractions are subject to safe operating conditions. Wind, heavy rain and ground conditions can stop some equipment operating, and our team follows the limits for each attraction. Outdoor inflatables run from 1 April to 1 October on real grass only.
How do payments work for company bookings?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, and company bookings pay the balance 14 days before the event. Your quote confirms everything included.
