Christmas Party Venue Hire & Event Times
Most of our Christmas Party Entertainment is supplied to venues, workplaces,
hotels, universities, schools and organised event spaces.
We'll plan delivery and setup around your venue access times so the
equipment is ready before your event begins, with collection and pack down
arranged around the access period available after your event.
What Times Do We Need?
When booking a venue event, we'll ask for your venue access start
time, event start time, event end time and venue access end time.

Venue Access End: 00:00
Setup and pack-down times vary between attractions and the number of items
hired, so please make sure your venue access period allows enough time
outside the actual event.
Access Requirements for Christmas Entertainment

We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance,
electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months, and applicable
inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960.

How early should we book Christmas party entertainment?
As early as you can. Friday and Saturday dates in late November and December are the most popular and often book up first.
Can you set up in the evening?
Yes. Most Christmas parties are evening events, so we plan setup and collection around your venue access times, including late finishes.
Can you send documents to our venue?
Yes. We can provide our insurance, risk assessments, method statements and PAT information, and send them straight to your venue.
When do we pay for a company Christmas party?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date. For company, school and larger bookings, the balance is due 14 days before your event.
Do you supply Christmas events outside the East Midlands?
Yes. Selected Christmas entertainment is available nationwide. Request a quote with your venue and dates.
