Our Soft Play Hire is available for indoor bookings use all year round and outdoor bookings use (weather permitting) however please note if hiring outdoors this must be on artificial grass (inflatables cannot be used on artificial grass) otherwise a marquee with fitted floor must be hired. All of our Bouncy Castles below are suitable for outdoors apart from our Box Castles these are indoors only. If you'd like to hire Soft Play Packages that contains a Box Castle please get in touch as we may be able to upgrade the Box Castle to an outdoor Bouncy Castle.

How we work times for hall bookings!

If your Soft Play Hire, Ball Pool Hire or Soft Play Packages Hire is for indoors then we will liaise with you around your hired venue times. When you book online we will ask you provide us with your event start time and end time as well as access start time and end time to your venue. As a guide for set up times we ask for the following:

One item at least 30 minutes.

For two or more items we require at least 45 minutes to 1 hour

(Please note by item we mean Soft Play, Ball Pool or Bouncy Castles, not small items such as Didi Cars)

I.e You are hiring a Package 1 which includes Soft Play, Ball Pool, Bouncy Castle and 4 Didi Cars, your party starts at 1pm and finishes at 3pm, we can access at 12pm until 4pm.
