Terms of Hire, Insurance, Risk Assessments and Other Documents

Here at Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire, we care about the safety of our customers, we pride ourselves on safe set up and ensuring you receive top quality and clean equipment.

All of our equipment is tested and complies with BS-EN14960, you’ll be able to see the blue PIPA tag on the front of all our inflatables or equivalent tests are provided in the safety guide given to you on your hire. We are also registered on the PIPA website which you can see here - https://www.pipa.org.uk/browse/find-an-operator/41843/gedlings-bouncy-castle-hire

We hold a 5 million public liability insurance and our staff are trained RPII operators and attendants they will have ID cards with them at all times and you can even search for us on the approved list of operators on the RPII website here.

All of our setups are inspected to ensure everything is safe, this is carried out through the usual checks which we do when we usually put up inflatables, all can be read in our method statement below.

If our staff have been booked to attend the event the monitoring of the wind and supervision of the inflatables will be down to them however if you have not hired staff then the monitoring of wind and supervision will be down to you, the hirer. A wind meter is provided to you by us along with safety packs with all relevant information around supervising inflatables and emergency procedures. We will also safety brief you on all you need to know on the day.

If you require staff we can provide them however they are £35 per hour per staff member and 1 per inflatable is required depending on the size of the unit.
