How Delivery Charges & Minimum Orders Work
Every postcode area has a delivery charge (covering
delivery and collection) and a minimum order, which is the
minimum value of hire equipment needed before delivery is added. The
delivery charge is added on top of your equipment total.
For example, a postcode with a £175 minimum order and £35
delivery needs at least £175 of equipment, then £35 delivery
is added. Bookings inside the Nottingham Clear Zone (NG1) have a £35
access and loading charge.

Delivery & Collection Times
Garden Bookings
Deliveries are between 08:00 and 12:00, with collections between 16:00 and 18:00. Routes are planned around every booking that day, so exact times can't normally be chosen; we confirm your estimated times before the event.
Late collection is £15 for the first hour after 18:00, then £10 per hour, up to 21:00. Overnight hire is £45 for secure gardens with 6ft fencing or hedges, a lockable gate and someone on site.
Outdoor inflatables are available from 1 April to 1 October and must be set up on real grass.
Halls, Venues & Organised Events
Venue bookings are delivered around your venue access times rather than the garden window. Tell us the earliest time we can get in and the latest time everything must be removed.
Allow enough time for us to unload, set up and test before your event, and pack down afterwards. Indoor hire is available all year round.

but Gedling Entertainment supplies selected larger
attractions and event entertainment throughout the UK, for corporate
events, exhibitions, universities, large fun days and festivals.
Nationwide pricing is based on the equipment, staffing, distance and event
logistics rather than the postcode prices above. Events in
Lincoln are quoted the same way.

Delivery Area FAQs
Why is there a minimum order?
It reflects the travel time and cost of delivering to each area. Areas further from our Cotgrave base need a higher minimum so the journey fits into the day's routes.
Is delivery included in the minimum order?
No. The minimum order is the value of the hire equipment only. The delivery charge is added on top.
Where do you deliver free?
Delivery is free across NG1, NG2, NG3, NG4 and NG12, including West Bridgford, Gedling, Carlton, Mapperley and Cotgrave. NG1 bookings inside the Clear Zone have a £35 access and loading charge.
My postcode isn't listed. Can you still deliver?
Possibly. Contact us with your event postcode, date and the equipment you're interested in. For larger organised events, our nationwide service may suit.
Can I choose an exact garden delivery time?
Not normally. Garden deliveries are between 08:00 and 12:00 and collections between 16:00 and 18:00, planned around every booking that day.
