Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings:

All Overnight Hires and Multi-Day Bookings must be in a secure location i.e. minimum of 6ft high fences or hedges, a lockable gate and someone living onsite.

If you choose overnight and on the delivery of your inflatable the location is not secure then overnight will not be allowed but full payment will still be charged.

Indoor Hire:
Our equipment is available to hire indoors all year round. For indoor bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification. Remember to check the ceiling height to make sure inflatables will fit.

Outdoor Hire:
We provide outdoor hire from 1st April till 1st October. Some items like our rodeo bulls, marquees will be available outside all year round.

Safety Notes:
All our bouncy castles, inflatables and soft play equipment MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You must follow all rules, responsibilities and user limitations stated in the safety guide given to you on the day of the hire.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded to the nearest £10) a secure link to Stripe will be generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment via Debit/Credit Card.

If you pay for your booking in full, full payment constitutes of the Booking Fee and 75% hire fee, these percentages make up the total booking value on your order.

Our 45ft assault course is suitable for both adults and children. Take on your friends by jumping through the holes, climbing over the wall, dodging the biff and bash, powering up the steps and sliding down to victory, will you be the quickest?

Our assault course has a sewn-in roof to protect from the rain or sun. It has fully netted side’s perfect for supervision. Safety mats are supplied as standard around the step and slide. For safety, you'll be given a booklet and wind meter for you to refer to for the duration of your booking.

Our assault course has been a huge fit at many community events, family fun days, school fetes and birthday parties in Nottingham, Derby and Leicestershire. Availability is always limited on this item due to its great popularity. Some areas it has served parties in are Arnold, Colwick, Gedling, Carlton, Ruddington, Lowdham and East Leake. This assault course is the perfect entertainment and would be great paired with our whack-a-wall, gladiator duel or go karts for family fun days, community events and fundraisers.

4. Enter your contact details, followed by the delivery details and finally any hall/event times.

5. Secure your booking with the booking fee

6. Once completed you'll receive a confirmation email

Our team check all bookings to ensure everything looks correct and we will contact you via email if we spot any issues or have any queries.

Payment Terms:

The remaining 75% balance must then be paid at least one days prior to your hire via card payment or bank transfer. An email will be sent to you a day before your hire, stating the remaining balance and delivery times. (Payments must be cleared prior and we cannot accept payment on the day of your booking). All company events, school events, weddings or bookings over £500 must pay in full 14 days prior to their event.
