Indoor & Outdoor Package Hire
All our soft play packages work well in halls and indoor venues all year round.
Outdoors, bouncy castles and slides are available from 1 April to 1 October on
real grass only. Soft play can go outdoors in dry weather; if rain is forecast,
a marquee must be added at extra cost.

Delivery & Collection Times
Garden bookings use our delivery routes, while hall and venue bookings are planned around your access times.
Garden Hires
Deliveries are between 08:00 and 12:00, with collections between 16:00 and 18:00. Exact times are confirmed once our routes are planned.
Later collections are available up to 21:00 (£15 for the first hour after 18:00, then £10 per hour). Overnight hire is £45 for secure gardens with 6ft fencing or hedges, a lockable gate and someone on site.
Hall & Venue Hires
Give us your venue access start and end times as well as your event start and finish times, so we can set up before guests arrive and pack down afterwards. Indoor hire is available all year round.

Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Inflatables are tested to BS EN 14960 with PIPA or RPII inspection where applicable, and all soft play is cleaned between every hire.

How do I choose my two items?
Pick your theme, then choose your two-item combination using the options on the package page.
Can I upgrade to Premium Soft Play?
Yes. Add the Premium Soft Play upgrade for £25, which adds a matching rocker and step slide.
Can the package go outdoors?
Yes, in season. Inflatables go outdoors from 1 April to 1 October on real grass, and soft play needs dry weather or a marquee at extra cost. Indoor hire runs all year.
How do I pay?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, with the balance due the day before your party. Bookings of £500 or more pay the balance 14 days before.
