What age is soft play for?
Our standard soft play suits children up to about 5 years old. For a wider age range, choose a package with a children's bouncy castle, as many of our children's castles suit children up to about 12. Each product page shows the exact user limits.
How much space do I need?
Every product page shows the Required Space, which includes room around the item for safe access. A box castle, for example, needs a little more than its 10ft x 14ft footprint. Should we have the party in the garden or a hall?
Gardens work from 1 April to 1 October, as long as the castle can go on real grass with power within 30 metres. Halls work all year round and suit soft play and our indoor bouncy castles. Papplewick & Linby Village Hall (17.4ft) and Ravenshead Village Hall (13ft) take all our children's castles. The John Godber Centre's main hall (11ft) suits our Celebration and Football castles, and its Byron Suite (8.5ft) suits box castles and soft play.
