Minimum order values vary depending on the delivery area and distance from our base.

Once you know the minimum order for your location, you can choose suitable equipment for your party or event.
Minimum Order Values
Minimum order values vary by delivery area. Our lowest minimum order value is £120, with higher minimum spends applying to areas further from our base.
The minimum order refers to the value of the hire equipment required for the booking. Any applicable delivery charge is added separately and does not count towards the minimum order value.

Garden Hire Delivery & Collection
Standard garden bookings operate within delivery and collection windows, allowing our team to plan routes efficiently across our local delivery area.
Delivery
Standard garden deliveries take place between 8:00am and 12:00pm.
Collection
Standard garden collections take place between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
Later Collection
Later collection options are available up to 9:00pm, subject to the applicable additional charge.
Hiring Equipment at a Venue?
Venue and hall bookings work differently from standard garden delivery routes because our delivery and collection must fit within the access times available at your venue.
Before booking, please check:
- The exact times you have access to the venue.
- That your booking allows enough time for equipment setup before your event starts.
- That enough time is available after the event for pack down and collection.
- The venue's room dimensions, ceiling height and access route.
- That the venue allows the equipment you would like to hire.
