Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings:

All Overnight Hires and Multi-Day Bookings must be in a secure location i.e. minimum of 6ft high fences or hedges, a lockable gate and someone living onsite.

If you choose overnight and on the delivery of your inflatable the location is not secure then overnight will not be allowed but full payment will still be charged.

Indoor Hire:
Our equipment is available to hire indoors all year round. For indoor bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification. Remember to check the ceiling height to make sure inflatables will fit.

Outdoor Hire:
We provide outdoor hire from 1st April till 31st October. Some items like our rodeo bulls, marquees will be available outside all year round.

Safety Notes:
All our bouncy castles, inflatables and soft play equipment MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You must follow all rules, responsibilities and user limitations stated in the safety guide given to you on the day of the hire.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded to the nearest £10) a secure link to Stripe will be generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment via Debit/Credit Card.

If you pay for your booking in full, full payment constitutes of the Booking Fee and 75% hire fee, these percentages make up the total booking value on your order.

21 KvA Event Generator

Our 21 KvA Generator comes supplied full of fuel and has a tank capacity of 120 litres.

This generator has a run time of up to 21 hours when powering 8 inflatable blowers, we do not recommend this generator unless you are powering 4 or more blower or are powering attractions like our Ultimate Wipeout which require power for the motion base.

The following run time applies per blower:

4 Blowers - Up to 43 Hours

5 Blowers - Up to 35 Hours

6 Blowers - Up to 28 Hours

7 Blowers - Up to 24 Hours

8 Blowers - Up to 21 Hours

Please be aware some of our larger inflatables require a more powerful blower or multiple blowers per inflatable. Please bare this in mind when selecting which generator you require if unsure please contact us.

If you require more run time hours then extra fuel will need to be added at additional cost.

This product is not available for dry hire and can only be rented alongside our inflatables or other equipment.

How To Book Online!

1. Click the green 'Book Online' below

2. Choose the date of your event

3. Select your delivery postcode

4. Enter your contact details, followed by the delivery details and finally any hall/event times.

5. Secure your booking with the booking fee

6. Once completed you'll receive a confirmation email

Our team check all bookings to ensure everything looks correct and we will contact you via email if we spot any issues or have any queries.

Payment Terms:

The remaining 75% balance must then be paid at least one days prior to your hire via card payment or bank transfer. An email will be sent to you a day before your hire, stating the remaining balance and delivery times. (Payments must be cleared prior and we cannot accept payment on the day of your booking). All company events, school events, weddings or bookings over £500 must pay in full 14 days prior to their event.
