Space Requirements: The grotto is 13ft x 13ft and 12ft high, and needs a space of 20ft x 23ft with at least 13ft of ceiling height, plus room around the grotto for the props. Please check for low beams, lights, ceiling fans or sprinklers in the setup area before booking.

Access Requirements: A minimum access width of 3ft (0.9m) is needed from the venue entrance to the setup area. The grotto can't be carried up or down stairs, so it must be on the ground floor or have lift access. Please let us know about any long distances, uneven surfaces or obstructions when you book.

Power: 2 x standard 13A power sockets within 30m of the setup area (one for the grotto blower and one for the props)

Staff: Not included. Santa is not included

Max Number of Users: 1 family or small group at a time with Santa

What's the difference between the grottos?

Our classic Santa's Grotto comes with Santa's chair, a red carpet and a post and rope queue. The Festive Santa's Grotto adds a log fire, two nutcrackers, a Christmas tree and Santa's sacks. The Premium Santa's Grotto is the full Winter Wonderland, with a picket fenced area, snowy ground, reindeer, lamp posts and Santa's sleigh.

How much space do I need?

The grotto is 13ft x 13ft and 12ft high, and needs a space of 20ft x 23ft with at least 13ft of ceiling height, plus room around the grotto for the props.

Is Santa included?

No. The hire includes the grotto and festive props, and you'll need to arrange your own Santa.

Can it be used outdoors?

No. The Festive Santa's Grotto is for indoor use only, on a hard surface.

Can it go upstairs?

It can't be carried up or down stairs, so it must be on the ground floor or have lift access.

Does it need power?

Yes. It needs two standard 13A power sockets within 30m of the setup area, one for the grotto blower and one for the props.
