4x8m Marquee Hire Nottingham – Party & Event Marquee
Our 4m x 8m marquee gives you a wider covered space for bigger parties, with room for tables, seating and a buffet or bar area. It's ideal for birthday parties, garden parties, christenings, wakes, BBQs and corporate events. It holds up to 40 guests standing or 30 seated.
The marquee has a waterproof canopy on a lightweight Ultra Hex 50 frame, sturdier than a standard galvanised steel frame, and comes with five side walls and a door panel, so you can close it in when it's wet or windy, or leave the sides off on a sunny day. Setup and collection are included (a delivery charge may apply depending on your location), and marquees are available all year round.
Hire Prices
- 1 day: £265
- 2 days: £420 (overnight included)
- 3 days: £575 (overnight included)
- Overnight on a 1-day hire: +£45 (secure location required)
Grass or Hard Standing
On grass, the marquee is pegged down and we include breathable marquee carpet flooring free of charge. On patios, decking, slabs or concrete, we secure it with weights instead, and no flooring is supplied, as the marquee carpet is for grass bookings only.
Power
The marquee itself doesn't need power. Fairy lights and heaters do, so if you're adding them and don't have a power supply nearby, add a generator to your booking.

Lights, heaters, tables and chairs aren't included in the marquee price and can be added at extra cost when you book online. Bean bags are also available.

Please Note: The dimensions shown below are for a single 4m x 8m marquee section. Our larger marquees are built by joining sections together, so on those pages the finished size is the size in the marquee's name. Please allow a little extra space around the marquee for pegs or weights.
Access Requirements: Our marquees are moved to the setup area on trolleys, so we need an access route at least 70cm wide at the narrowest point. If you think access or the setup area may be a problem because of uneven ground, a long distance to the setup area, steps, narrow gates or other obstructions, please let us know when you book.
Setup Area: A flat, level area of grass or hard standing.
Power: Not required for the marquee. Required for lights and heaters if hired alongside it – generator hire available.
