3x3m Marquee Hire Nottingham – Pop-Up Gazebo Hire
Our 3m x 3m marquee is a sturdy pop-up gazebo that gives you instant covered space in the garden. It's ideal for garden parties, BBQs, birthdays, drinks stations, buffets and catering points, holding up to 20 guests standing or 10 seated.
The marquee has a waterproof canopy on a strong commercial frame, and comes with three side walls and a door panel, so you can close it in when it's wet or windy, or leave the sides off on a sunny day. Delivery, setup and collection are included, and marquees are available all year round.
Hire Prices
- 1 day: £125
- 2 days: £210 (overnight included)
- 3 days: £295 (overnight included)
- Overnight on a 1-day hire: +£45 (secure location required)
Grass or Hard Standing
On grass, the marquee is pegged down and we include a groundsheet free of charge. On patios, decking, slabs or concrete, we secure it with weights instead, and no groundsheet is supplied, as the groundsheet is for grass only.

Please Note: The dimensions shown below are for a single 3m x 3m marquee. Larger marquees are built by joining marquee sections together, so the finished size is the size in the marquee's name. Please allow a little extra space around the marquee for pegs or weights.
Access Requirements: Our marquees are moved to the setup area on trolleys, so we need an access route at least 70cm wide at the narrowest point. If you think access or the setup area may be a problem because of uneven ground, a long distance to the setup area, steps, narrow gates or other obstructions, please let us know when you book.
Setup Area: A flat, level area of grass or hard standing.
Power: Not required for the marquee. Required for lights and heaters if hired alongside it – generator hire available.

3x3m Marquee FAQs
How many people fit in a 3x3m marquee?
Up to 20 guests standing, or 10 seated with a set of 10 chairs and a 6ft table.
Can the marquee go on a patio or decking?
Yes. On hard surfaces we secure the marquee with weights instead of pegs. It needs a level area of at least 3m x 3m.
Are the walls included?
Yes. It comes with two plain walls, a window wall and a door, which you can put up or leave off depending on the weather.
Can I hire a marquee in winter?
Yes. Our marquees are available all year round. Add a heater and fairy lights to keep it warm and cosy.
How much access do you need?
At least 70cm at the narrowest point from the vehicle to the setup area. Let us know about any steps or long carries when you book.
