Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings:
All overnight hires and multi-day bookings must be in a secure location, i.e. a minimum of 6ft high fences or hedges, a lockable gate and someone living onsite. If the location is not secure on delivery, overnight hire will not be allowed, but full payment will still be charged.

Indoor Hire:
Our equipment is available to hire indoors all year round. For indoor bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification. Please check the floor space and ceiling height against the product's Size information before booking.

Outdoor Hire:
Outdoor inflatable hire is available from 1st April until 1st October. Some items, such as our rodeo bulls and marquees, are available outdoors all year round. Please check each product's Suitability information to see where it can be used.

Safety Notes:
All unstaffed equipment, including bouncy castles, inflatables, soft play and games, must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You must follow all rules, responsibilities and user limitations stated in the safety guide given to you on the day of hire.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded up to the nearest £10) is required. A secure Stripe link is generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment by debit or credit card. If you pay in full, the total is made up of the 25% booking fee and the 75% hire fee.

Our Multicolour Air Juggler Ball Pool is a new addition to Gedling Castles for 2020! Like our other Air Jugglers it offers children lots of fun as they play in the thousands of balls as well as trying to balance the balls on a cone of air! They can also use it as a game by attempting to pass it from one end to the other or just simply knock it off. Kids love jumping around in the balls with their friends.

The featured low entrance means that children can get in and out safely. This air juggler features a vibrant multicolour theme throughout and the ball pool balls are multicoloured to keep in with the theme. This item can be hired alone with an extra or a package, we have many multicolour packages available which you can view here - Soft Play & Ball Pools.

This Multicolour Air Juggler Ball Pit is only available for indoor hire. It is fantastic for toddler parties and available for hire in and around Nottingham and Derby. Some of the areas we cover include Arnold, Calverton, Gedling, Gunthorpe, Mapperley, Woodborough, Wilford and West Bridgford. How To Book Online!

1. Click the green 'Book Online' below

2. Choose the date of your event

3. Select your delivery postcode

4. Enter your contact details, followed by the delivery details and finally any hall/event times.

5. Secure your booking with the booking fee

6. Once completed you'll receive a confirmation email

Our team check all bookings to ensure everything looks correct and we will contact you via email if we spot any issues or have any queries.

Payment Terms:

Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded up to the nearest £10) a secure link to Stripe will be generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment via Debit/Credit Card.

An email will be sent to you before your hire, stating the remaining balance and delivery times. The balance is due by 5pm on the working day before your hire (for example, Friday for a Saturday, Sunday or Monday event). All company events, school events, weddings and bookings of £500 or more must pay in full 14 days before their event.
