8x8m Marquee Hire Nottingham – Large Event Marquee
Our 8m x 8m marquee is our largest marquee, giving you a big open space for seating, a bar, a buffet and a dance floor. It's ideal for weddings, milestone birthdays, garden parties, school events and corporate events. It holds up to 80 guests standing or 60 seated.
The marquee has a waterproof canopy on a lightweight Ultra Hex 50 frame, sturdier than a standard galvanised steel frame, and comes with five plain walls, two window walls and a door, so you can close it in when it's wet or windy, or leave the sides off on a sunny day. Setup and collection are included (a delivery charge may apply depending on your location), and marquees are available all year round.
Hire Prices
- 1 day: £525
- 2 days: £810 (overnight included)
- 3 days: £1,095 (overnight included)
- Overnight on a 1-day hire: +£45 (secure location required)
Grass or Hard Standing
On grass, the marquee is pegged down and we include breathable marquee carpet flooring free of charge. On patios, decking, slabs or concrete, we secure it with weights instead, and no flooring is supplied, as the marquee carpet is for grass bookings only.
Setup & Access
Your 8m x 8m marquee is made from two 4m x 8m sections joined together. We need a flat, level area of at least 8m x 8m, plus a little extra room around it for pegs or weights. Our marquees are moved to the setup area on trolleys, so we need an access route at least 70cm wide at the narrowest point. If access may be a problem because of uneven ground, a long distance to the setup area, steps, narrow gates or other obstructions, please let us know when you book.
Power
The marquee itself doesn't need power. Fairy lights and heaters do, so if you're adding them and don't have a power supply nearby, add a generator to your booking.

Lights, heaters, tables and chairs aren't included in the marquee price and can be added at extra cost when you book online. Bean bags are also available.

How many people fit in a 8x8m marquee?
Up to 80 guests standing, or 60 seated with 6 sets of 10 chairs and 8 x 6ft tables.
Can the marquee go on a patio or decking?
Yes. On hard surfaces we secure the marquee with weights instead of pegs. It needs a level area of at least 8m x 8m.
Are the walls included?
Yes. It comes with five plain walls, two window walls and a door, which you can put up or leave off depending on the weather.
Can I hire a marquee in winter?
Yes. Our marquees are available all year round. Add heaters and fairy lights to keep it warm and cosy.
How much does it cost to hire for more than one day?
£810 for 2 days or £1,095 for 3 days, with the overnight included. Multi-day hire needs a secure location with a lockable gate and someone staying on site.
How much access do you need?
At least 70cm at the narrowest point from the vehicle to the setup area. Let us know about any steps or long carries when you book.
