Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings:
All Overnight Hires and Multi-Day Bookings must be in a secure location i.e. minimum of 6ft high fences or hedges, a lockable gate and someone living onsite.
If you choose overnight and on the delivery of your inflatable the location is not secure then overnight will not be allowed but full payment will still be charged.
Indoor Hire: Our equipment is available to hire indoors all year round. For indoor bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification. Remember to check the ceiling height to make sure inflatables will fit.
Outdoor Hire: We provide outdoor hire from 1st April till 31st October. Some items like our rodeo bulls, marquees will be available outside all year round.
Safety Notes: All our bouncy castles, inflatables and soft play equipment MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You must follow all rules, responsibilities and user limitations stated in the safety guide given to you on the day of the hire.
Cancellation Policy:
Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 25% (rounded to the nearest £10) a secure link to Stripe will be generated at the end of the online booking process for immediate payment via Debit/Credit Card.
If you pay for your booking in full, full payment constitutes of the Booking Fee and 75% hire fee, these percentages make up the total booking value on your order.

Our Superhero Soft Play features 18 pieces of soft play set up on foams mats with a double rocker. It will provide so much fun for young children and keep them entertained for hours. From building towers by stacking the squares, jumping across the stepping stones and creating puzzles, your littles of imagination is bound to run wild. The soft play features pictures of superheroes and is a red and blue coloured.
Our Superhero Ball Pool great fun and very unique! It featured air jugglers across each wall which the children can try to balance the bright blue soft play balls on. The front is lowered so smaller children can get in and out easier. The ball pool features a superhero theme on the front, sides and back wall. The large back wall is great as it hides the blower.
Our Superhero Bouncy Castle is only 10x14ft which is great for smaller halls. It is still super bouncy and has plenty of space for children to play and jump around. It has superhero artwork on the front arch and the back wall which keeps in theme with the soft play and ball pool. It has high walls making it difficult to climb.
This package is sure to be one of our most popular packages as it is great for a mixed age range of children. It gives you the choice of different items which can suit your targeted party guests. The bouncy castle is suitable for up to 12 years and the soft play and ball pool is suitable for under 5’s. This is a lovely package for toddler parties, toddler groups, stay and play sessions! This package is for indoor use only.

Payment Terms:
The remaining 75% balance must then be paid at least one days prior to your hire via card payment or bank transfer. An email will be sent to you a day before your hire, stating the remaining balance and delivery times. (Payments must be cleared prior and we cannot accept payment on the day of your booking). All company events, school events, weddings or bookings over £500 must pay in full 14 days prior to their event.
