Looking for 5m x 3m stage hire in Nottingham? This stage gives you a mid-sized performance stage for bands, shows and ceremonies. It's ideal for bands, school productions, community festivals and awards evenings, indoors or outdoors.
Every stage is built from professional Prolyte StageDex aluminium decks, with a lightweight extruded aluminium frame and a high-quality birch plywood top. Delivery, setup and collection are included, so our team installs the stage before your event and removes it afterwards.
Choose Your Height & Finish
- Height: 400mm or 600mm, to suit your venue and audience sightlines
- Stage step: £20 (recommended at 600mm). Add it under Please Select Any Extras > Event Infrastructure when you book online
- Carpet: premium event carpet from £10 per m², in a range of colours. Ask for it, with your colour, in the booking questions
- Skirting: £4 per linear metre, to hide the legs and framework. Ask for it in the booking questions

Access Requirements: Our stages are delivered as Prolyte StageDex decks and legs, carried in by hand, so we need an access route at least 2ft wide from the vehicle to the setup area. Our team can carry the decks up stairs, but we need to know about any steps, stairs, lifts or long carry distances at the time of booking so we can plan your installation.
Venue Access: Stage packages are installed before your event and removed afterwards, so please include your venue access times in the booking questions.
Power: Not required
Staff: Stage packages are installed and removed by our team (not staffed during your event)

Stage Hire FAQs
How much does stage hire cost?
Our stage packages start from £315 for a 2m x 2m stage, up to £480 for a 6m x 3m stage, including delivery, setup and collection. See all sizes on our Stage Hire page.
How high are your stages?
You can choose 400mm or 600mm. At 600mm, we recommend adding a stage step (£20) for safe access.
Can the stage go on grass?
Yes. Our stages can be set up outdoors on grass or hard standing, as well as indoors on a hard floor. Let us know the ground type when you book.
Can you set up a stage upstairs?
Yes. Our team can carry the stage decks up stairs, but please tell us about any steps, stairs or lifts when you book so we can plan your installation.
Can I add carpet or skirting?
Yes. Premium event carpet is available from £10 per m², and stage skirting from £2 to £4 per linear metre to hide the legs and framework.
How long does setup take?
We set up around your venue access times. Please allow time before your event for installation and time afterwards for removal.
