Wedding venues may ask to see Public Liability Insurance, inflatable inspection documents, risk assessments and PAT information for electrical equipment. We're happy to provide applicable safety documentation for your booking or send it directly to your venue where required.

Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Applicable inflatables are tested in accordance with BS EN 14960 and hold appropriate PIPA or RPII inspection documentation, castles are cleaned between hires, and electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months. Can you send safety documents to our wedding venue?

Yes. We can provide our Public Liability Insurance, inflatable inspection documents, risk assessments and PAT information, and send them directly to your venue if required.

When do we pay for wedding entertainment?

A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date. For weddings, the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

What do you need to know about our venue?

Your venue address, setup and collection access times, event start and finish times, the space available and whether power is nearby. Outdoor inflatables need to go on real grass.
