What Age Are Children's Bouncy Castles For?
Each inflatable has its own user limits based on factors
including the height of the users. As a general guide,
our children's bouncy castles are designed for children
up to approximately 12 years old.

Indoor & Outdoor Bouncy Castle Hire
Our children's bouncy castles can be used indoors, while
many are also suitable for outdoor hire when conditions
and the setup surface are suitable.

required operating space, surface suitability and user
information for each inflatable.
Bouncy Castle Hire Times
Garden Hires
Our standard garden delivery window is
8:00am-12:00pm, with standard collections
between 4:00pm-6:00pm.
Later collection options are available, with collections
up to 9:00pm subject to the applicable late collection charge.
Overnight hire is also available for suitable secure gardens.
We operate delivery and collection routes, so your exact
arrival time within the relevant window will depend on
the route for that day.
Hall & Venue Hires
For hall and venue bookings, tell us both your event times
and the venue's access times when making your booking.
For example, if you have access from 9:00am, your party
starts at 10:00am, finishes at 12:00pm and the venue must
be cleared by 1:00pm, we use those access times to plan
delivery, setup and collection.

Safe & Professional Inflatable Hire
All of our bouncy castles are cleaned between hires. Our inflatable
equipment is tested in accordance with
BS EN 14960 and carries a valid PIPA tag or
equivalent certification where applicable. We hold
£5 million Public Liability Insurance, and our
electrical equipment is PAT tested every six months.

As a general guide, our children's bouncy castles are designed for children up to approximately 12 years old. Each castle has its own user limits, so always check the product page before booking.
How much space do I need for a bouncy castle?
Each product page shows the castle size and the required operating space. Measure your garden or hall and compare it with the required space before booking.
Can bouncy castles be used indoors?
Yes. Our children's castles can be used indoors all year round. Check the venue's ceiling height against the product's height, or choose one of our small and low-height castles.
Can a bouncy castle go on artificial grass or a patio?
No. For outdoor setups, inflatables can only be installed on real grass. For indoor bookings, they can be set up in suitable halls and venues.
Do you deliver to my area?

Who supervises the bouncy castle?
Our team delivers and sets up the castle, but it must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during your hire.
